Danneels<\/a> is a property developer based in Bruges, with a second office in Duffel. They develop new-build projects for people across Flanders. Their marketing strategy is broad, and platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn play a key role.\u00a0<\/p>

With a small marketing team, managing all those social media channels quickly became too much and it was time for change. Just over a year ago, Eveline began supporting them as a freelancer. When we started working with Danneels a year ago, their social media mix consisted of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Each channel followed its own strategy, which made it even harder to maintain consistency on top of all the other marketing tasks. And believe me, there are plenty in a construction firm \ud83e\udee2<\/p>

Soon, a smooth workflow developed between us and the marketing manager. We would create and schedule all the social media posts in Hubspot, while he simply reviewed and published them. On Eveline\u2019s recommendation, an extra platform was added to the mix. Thanks to Danneels\u2019 beautifully styled show homes, they had a rich database of interior photos that were way too good to ignore. Pinterest seemed like the ideal platform to boost visibility. And so we got started.\nIt took some time for the Pinterest account to gain traction, but we now post five pins per week, generating around 5,000 impressions per month. Not bad, right? <\/p>\n
